Grower’s Insight

This winter has been fairly warm.  This warm, clear weather has allowed us to produce a crop with a lot of flower buds that are coming into bloom right on time.  This nice weather will allow everyone to get a good start on the gardening projects.  With more sun and possibly warmer weather, remember to keep up on the plant’s need for water and fertilizer.

Even though we have had a dry winter in the low country, snow pack levels are well above average in the mountains.  There are currently concerns for flooding as the snowpack melts.  We should not see severe water restrictions along the front range.
