Expansion

Built in the spring of 2011 is our state-of-the-art greenhouse expansion. These 3 new acres are built with many environmental considerations. All of which not only reduce the use of valuable resources but also help grow healthy long-lasting plants. Among those considerations are the following:

• We designed and built this greenhouse to receive the maximum amount of daily light.
• Whenever possible we purchased materials from local companies.
• The materials themselves are energy efficient, environmentally conscious and when possible, made from recycled materials.
• The greenhouse will be heated with an existing energy efficient furnace.
• This greenhouse utilizes recycled water.
• We use growing methods which reduces the use of chemicals.
• Our plants are grown in environmentally conscious soils.
